1:1 Personalised Guided Meditation

A personalised, private one on one session with Amanda. Perfect for those who feel anxious or discomfort in group settings.

During our time together I will guide you through a process of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. Through scripted meditation we awaken and strengthen your intuitive abilities and unlock the potential of your psychic senses.

Participants are gently guided through relaxation techniques, visualization exercises, and mindfulness practices, creating a serene space for inner exploration and peace.

Through gentle prompts and imagery, guided meditation helps individuals cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and connect with their inner selves, fostering a sense of calm and balance.

Each session runs for 60 minutes and includes a beautiful sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes and more!

To cancel or reschedule, please ensure you notify Amanda the day prior to your booking. Cancellations on the same day as an appointment or class will forfeit the class pass and/or appointment deposit. Cancellation prior to class/service may receive a credit for a future booking.

NO refund or credit will be provided due to no-show or no prior contact to reschedule.
